One -three day seminars focus on specific topics that relate to church leadership and administration.  They can be specifically tailored to the individual church’s needs

Week long conferences

Week long conferences focus on equipping church leaders in specific principles and methods of training their church leadership. This includes spiritual formation, servant leadership, team ministry and  the learning cycle along with tips on how to get started in training church leaders.

Tracks

Our seminars follow three tracks.  We have the basic Multi-Church Pastor Seminar which helps the pastor to minister in the multi-church context by training teams of elders to carry on the ministry in his absence.

The second track is the Seven Surprises for the Pastor which is a pastoral theology introduction which raises some practical issues that may not be covered in Bible College but will be faced by the pastor in the field.

The third track explores the issues of Church Health.  This track is a good follow-up to the first or second track.
